Cancellation and your rights

You can cancel your membership at any time from your account page, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month.

Separately, you have a legal right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel within 14 days of the day your first envelope is delivered, for a full refund of that month’s payment. Envelopes already delivered are yours to keep.

To use this right, cancel from your account page or email hello@therailwaydispatch.com with your name and the email on the account. You may use the model cancellation form below. We will confirm by email.
