Terms

Draft outline for review by a solicitor before launch.

Who we are

[Company name] Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number [number]. Registered office: [address].

What the membership is

A monthly delivery of printed materials to a UK address, and access to an online archive for as long as the membership is active. The story is fiction; history notes are given in good faith with sources, and corrections are printed in the next envelope.

Prices and payment

Billed monthly by card in pounds sterling, in advance, until you cancel. Prices include VAT where applicable and UK postage.

Posting and delivery

We close the list on the 25th of each month and post in the first days of the next by second class post. Envelopes are not tracked. If one does not arrive within the month, tell us and we will send another.

Pausing, cancelling and your rights

You can pause for up to three months in any twelve, and cancel at any time, from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month. Your 14-day cancellation right is set out on the Cancellation page. Archive access ends when a membership ends.

Addresses

You are responsible for keeping your delivery address up to date in your account. Post returned to us as undeliverable will be held until you update it.
